			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Take part in our unique specialised Pilates sessions where you&#8217;ll receive the highest quality instruction in a semi-private group setting.</p>
<p>The classes start week commencing 14th March and will run in 7 week blocks with prices starting at £70 for a 7 weeks. The sessions runs as follows depending on what level you are at and what focus you want:</p>
<ul>
<li>Mondays 6pm &#8211; 7pm: Beginner Pilates with Mia</li>
<li>Mondays 7pm &#8211; 8pm: Mixed level Pilates with Mia</li>
<li>Wednesdays 6pm &#8211; 7pm: Back Care Pilates with Heba</li>
<li>Wednesdays 7pm &#8211; 8pm: Beginner level Pilates with Heba</li>
</ul>

<p>Receive professional instruction from our highly qualified Pilates teachers. Sessions take place at the Good Health Centre in north Leeds, in a calm, relaxing and comfortable environment. We cater to all abilities and levels and have no more than six participants in any single class.</p>
